What we will ask you.

Nothing to prepare. But if you want the call to go further, these are the four things that decide everything.

The work: Which repetitive task eats the most hours, and who does it today.
The systems: What holds the truth — ERP, CRM, accounting, spreadsheets, someone's memory.
The decision: Who signs off, and what they need in front of them to do it.
The time: Who could give a few hours a week during the build. This one decides more than the rest.
